Consumer Lending Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing loan processing and manual underwriting operations, the full-time Consumer Lending Supervisor will manage workflows, provide leadership and training to staff, and ensure compliance with credit policies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise evening loan processing and manual underwriting activities
• Assign workloads and manage service levels while monitoring productivity and quality
• Resolve escalated application and documentation issues, providing direct support as needed

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in consumer lending, processing, or underwriting
• Prior team lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience in reviewing applications and resolving documentation issues
• Equivalent education and experience may be considered
