Job Summary
A company is looking for a Consumer & Provider Liaison I.
Key Responsibilities
- Research appeals and grievances to ensure compliance with plans and internal policies
- Assist in preparing cases for second level appeals and representation in State Fair Hearings
- Collaborate with internal business partners on process improvements and modifications
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of related experience or a Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of state and federal regulatory policies and health plan products
- High school diploma or equivalent and legal authorization to work in the U.S
- Proficient in multiple PC-based software applications and systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
