Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consumer & Provider Liaison I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research appeals and grievances to ensure compliance with plans and internal policies
  • Assist in preparing cases for second level appeals and representation in State Fair Hearings
  • Collaborate with internal business partners on process improvements and modifications
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of related experience or a Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulatory policies and health plan products
  • High school diploma or equivalent and legal authorization to work in the U.S
  • Proficient in multiple PC-based software applications and systems
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
