Consumer Litigation Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consumer Litigation Counsel (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high volume single plaintiff consumer litigation cases, including drafting motions and pleadings
• Negotiate settlements and handle court appearances while preparing cases for trial
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and maintain substantive client contact

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of general litigation experience, preferably with single plaintiff work
• Experience with Fair Credit Reporting Act litigation and/or other consumer litigation preferred
• Top law firm experience or a combination of law firm and in-house experience
• Strong work ethic with the ability to drive cases to resolution
• Excellent academic credentials
