Consumer Litigation Counsel (Remote)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consumer Litigation Counsel (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high volume single plaintiff consumer litigation cases
• Draft motions and pleadings, negotiate settlements, and handle court appearances
• Engage in case strategy and management with substantive client contact

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of general litigation experience, preferably in single plaintiff work
• Experience with Fair Credit Reporting Act litigation and/or other consumer litigation preferred
• Top law firm experience or a combination of law firm and in-house experience
• Strong work ethic and ability to drive cases to resolution
• Excellent academic credentials
