Consumer Loan Closing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consumer Loan Closing Support Specialist to provide operational support throughout the real estate loan closing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional internal customer service and support a positive borrower experience
• Respond to and resolve support requests related to consumer loan closing within established Service Level Agreements
• Document and prioritize requests/issues, escalating as necessary, and alert management to emerging trends

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; College Degree in a related field preferred
• One to three years of experience with consumer real estate loans and documentation required
• Experience in loan processing and/or closing with real estate transactions preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook; knowledge of NewGen preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision
