Consumer Loan Operations Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consumer Loan Operations Representative in a hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and review consumer loan closing packages for compliance with regulations and bank policies
• Complete loan maintenance tasks and accurately enter new loan data into the bank's core processing system
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external clients and process loan payments and payoffs

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
• One year of banking operations experience required, with customer service experience preferred
• One year of customer service experience required, with banking operations experience preferred
• Experience with bank operations platforms preferred
• Able to work accurately both independently and as part of a team
