Job Summary

Supervising a remote team of consumer loan processors, the full-time Consumer Loan Processing Supervisor will organize, plan, and ensure compliance with loan quality control functions while overseeing staff performance and development.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise consumer loan processing activities to ensure compliance with State and Federal Regulations
• Manage staffing decisions, including hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
• Plan and organize workload assignments to optimize resource use and meet department deadlines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in the lending industry with a focus on loan processing and servicing
• Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
