Consumer Loan Sales Senior Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consumer Loan Sales Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a long-term strategy to optimize the consumer loan origination sales process
• Drive efforts to optimize non-interest income cross-sells
• Create a sales and service culture and coordinate the hiring, training, coaching, and counseling of staff

Required Qualifications:

• College degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 8+ years sales/service background with concentration in lending
• Minimum of 2 years of leading teams or management responsibilities preferred
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills
• High level of knowledge on products and services offered by financial institutions
