Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily servicing operations, ensuring accurate processing of payments and customer interactions
• Analyze servicing data to drive improvements in operational performance and customer satisfaction
• Design and maintain end-to-end servicing workflows and standard operating procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in consumer loan servicing or operations, preferably in a fintech environment
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, or Databricks
• Familiarity with loan servicing platforms is a plus
• Knowledge of consumer lending regulations is advantageous
