Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist (Remote Work From Home).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to resolve loan problems and enhance financial relationships
• Assist with loan correction requests and perform loan adjustments in the system
• Educate callers on loan processes and maintain detailed knowledge of consumer loan products

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of one year customer service or contact center experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer and phone operating skills
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Must be proficient in relevant internal systems
