Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Servicing Specialist with Spanish preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist members and third parties with inquiries and modifications related to consumer loan products
• Perform loan adjustments, corrections, and handle payoff requests accurately and timely
• Educate callers on loan processes and maintain detailed knowledge of consumer loan products and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of one year customer service or contact center experience required
• Minimum of one year banking or financial experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer and phone operating skills; intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute preferred
