Job Summary
Providing support for consumer loan inquiries, the full-time Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist will manage inbound calls, assist with loan modifications and corrections, and maintain accurate records while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve loan-related issues for members and support teams through effective communication and service
- Perform loan adjustments, corrections, and handle payoff requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Educate callers on loan processes and regulations, ensuring compliance with federal guidelines
Required qualifications
- Minimum of one year of customer service or contact center experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Proficiency in relevant internal systems and basic computer operations
- Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute preferred
