Consumer Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance the Consumer Loans operations team, the full-time Consumer Operations Analyst will identify operational risks and inefficiencies through data analysis, design and implement solutions, and maintain reporting tools to monitor performance, with opportunities for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reporting tools to surface operational trends and risks
• Perform data querying and analysis to investigate findings and assess root causes
• Design and implement solutions to operational problems while engaging stakeholders throughout the process

Required qualifications

• 4-year college degree preferred
• 3-4 years of experience in an analytical, technical, or project management role
• Experience with SQL and database concepts
• Familiarity with analytical tools such as Power BI and Advanced Excel
• Some experience managing small to medium projects
