Job Summary
Consumer Order Management Specialist, responsible for managing order fulfillment tasks related to consumer wireline, processing service orders, and coordinating updates, working full-time with occasional Saturday shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Process consumer wireline orders and manage corrections and updates throughout the order lifecycle
- Make outgoing calls for order coordination and customer communication
- Stay updated on systems, procedures, and products related to consumer wireline orders
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree (or higher) or 2+ years of professional work experience or current/prior military service
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- 3+ years of data entry experience
- Must adhere to attendance guidelines to meet business needs
