Job Summary

Consumer Order Management Specialist, responsible for managing order fulfillment tasks related to consumer wireline, processing service orders, and coordinating updates, working full-time with occasional Saturday shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process consumer wireline orders and manage corrections and updates throughout the order lifecycle
  • Make outgoing calls for order coordination and customer communication
  • Stay updated on systems, procedures, and products related to consumer wireline orders
Required Qualifications
  • Associates degree (or higher) or 2+ years of professional work experience or current/prior military service
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • 3+ years of data entry experience
  • Must adhere to attendance guidelines to meet business needs
