Consumer Order Management Specialist

Job Summary

Managing order fulfillment tasks related to consumer wireline, the full-time Consumer Order Management Specialist will process service orders, verify order accuracy, and coordinate updates while working remotely across various states.

Key responsibilities

• Process consumer wireline orders and manage corrections and updates using multiple fulfillment systems
• Make outgoing calls for order coordination and proactive customer communication as needed
• Stay updated on systems, procedures, products, and services involved in the consumer wireline order process

Required qualifications

• Associates degree (or higher) or 2+ years of professional work experience
• 3+ years of customer service experience
• 3+ years of data entry experience
• Must adhere to attendance guidelines to meet business needs
