Consumer Product Sales Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the Correspondent Account Executive in the Pacific Northwest, the full-time Consumer Product Sales Analyst will coordinate client onboarding, manage escalations, and assist in prospecting for new business while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Account Executive on client prospecting, orientations, and administrative tasks
- Serve as the primary contact for client escalations and provide proactive communication regarding client support
- Assist in identifying non-compliance issues and work with lenders to enhance loan manufacturing quality
Required qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in correspondent lending originations with a focus on sales support and operations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal partners and external clients
