Job Summary
Overseeing the end-to-end management of the Sales Ticketing process, the full-time Associate Manager, Consumer Relations will ensure accurate case handling, quality assurance, and timely resolution of customer issues while collaborating cross-functionally to uphold brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Sales Ticketing workflow, ensuring accurate assignment and timely resolution of customer issues
- Conduct quality assurance audits and develop standards to minimize errors in case management
- Monitor complaint trends and collaborate with teams to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in Consumer Relations or Customer Service Operations
- Strong understanding of case management systems, such as Salesforce
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, complex workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
