Job Summary
A company is looking for a Consumer Relations Representative to support consumers across various channels for their product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of company brands and products to assist consumers effectively
- Regularly review work to ensure high-quality care and accuracy in consumer support
- Support social media team with administrative tasks and consumer communication initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
- 1+ year of prior consumer relations or customer service experience
- Ability to work within operational hours (Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM with extended hours as necessary)
- Previous experience in consumer/customer engagement on social media is a plus
- Bilingual skills (Spanish and/or French) are desirable
