Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consumer Relations Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily direction and communication to associates to support consumer satisfaction goals
  • Resolve escalated issues in a timely manner and monitor contact queues
  • Participate in interview process, conduct staff meetings, and identify training needs
Required Qualifications:
  • College Degree or equivalent
  • 2-3 years' experience supervising a multi-branded consumer team in a direct-to-consumer organization
  • Ability to make decisions quickly and align where necessary
  • Flexibility with responsibilities and hours
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
