Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consumer Retention Specialist to work from home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle interactions with customers considering disconnecting services
  • Offer special retention offers, troubleshoot repair issues, and sell additional services to retain customers
  • Resolve customer inquiries on each call with a focus on customer satisfaction and last call resolution

Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months of experience
  • Must have a distraction-free home work environment with land-based internet service
  • Ability to work varying shifts within specified operating hours
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus
  • Must meet physical requirements for the job
