Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consumer Retention Specialist to manage customer interactions and prevent service disconnections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle calls from customers at risk of disconnecting services and provide resolution
  • Log customer inquiries and resolutions using the Retention Recommender
  • Educate customers on products and services while offering retention deals
Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months of experience
  • Must have a land-based home internet service with a minimum 25 kbps download speed
  • Ability to work any shifts within team operating hours, including rotational Saturdays
  • Must maintain a distraction-free home work environment
  • College hours or a college degree may substitute for some experience
