Job Summary
A company is looking for a Consumer Retention Specialist to manage customer interactions and prevent service disconnections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle calls from customers at risk of disconnecting services and provide resolution
- Log customer inquiries and resolutions using the Retention Recommender
- Educate customers on products and services while offering retention deals
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months of experience
- Must have a land-based home internet service with a minimum 25 kbps download speed
- Ability to work any shifts within team operating hours, including rotational Saturdays
- Must maintain a distraction-free home work environment
- College hours or a college degree may substitute for some experience
