Job Summary
Consumer Retention Specialist is a remote, full-time position responsible for retaining customers by addressing their concerns and offering solutions to prevent service disconnection.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle calls from customers considering disconnecting services and provide resolution
- Log customer inquiries and resolutions using the Retention Recommender
- Offer retention incentives and educate customers on products and services
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months of experience
- Must have land-based home internet service with a minimum download speed
- Ability to work shifts within operating hours, including rotational Saturdays
- Home work environment must be distraction-free and compliant with work policies
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus
