Job Summary

Consumer Retention Specialist is a remote, full-time position responsible for retaining customers by addressing their concerns and offering solutions to prevent service disconnection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle calls from customers considering disconnecting services and provide resolution
  • Log customer inquiries and resolutions using the Retention Recommender
  • Offer retention incentives and educate customers on products and services
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months of experience
  • Must have land-based home internet service with a minimum download speed
  • Ability to work shifts within operating hours, including rotational Saturdays
  • Home work environment must be distraction-free and compliant with work policies
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus
