Job Summary
Working remotely, the part-time Consumer Retention Specialist will manage customer interactions aimed at preventing service disconnections by offering retention solutions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving low repeat caller statistics.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle calls from customers at risk of disconnecting, focusing on resolving inquiries and retaining services
- Log customer reasons for calling and resolutions using the Retention Recommender system
- Educate customers on products and services while utilizing exclusive retention offers to prevent disconnections
Required qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent, with at least 6 months of relevant experience
- Must have a reliable land-based home internet service with a minimum download speed of 25 kbps
- Ability to work any shifts within the team operating hours, including rotational Saturdays
- Home work environment must be distraction-free and compliant with company policies
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus
