Job Summary
A company is looking for a Consumer Service Agent who will provide exceptional customer service and support in a contact center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and servicing companies through various communication channels
- Resolve client inquiries efficiently while documenting all interactions and maintaining service quality
- Collaborate with Operations and IT teams to improve processes and support daily transaction reconciliations
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in a contact center or customer service environment
- Experience with high call volumes and sensitive customer interactions preferred
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
- Background check required
