Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consumer Service Agent who will provide exceptional customer service and support in a contact center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and servicing companies through various communication channels
  • Resolve client inquiries efficiently while documenting all interactions and maintaining service quality
  • Collaborate with Operations and IT teams to improve processes and support daily transaction reconciliations
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in a contact center or customer service environment
  • Experience with high call volumes and sensitive customer interactions preferred
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
  • Background check required
