Job Summary
Supporting daily operations remotely, the part-time Consumer Service Operations Representative will manage administrative tasks, assist with customer inquiries, and process transactions while adhering to established guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative, operational, and customer support across multiple service areas
- Assist with enrollment, eligibility, and claims processing activities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, including data entry and typing
- Prior customer service experience
