Job Summary

Supporting daily operations remotely, the part-time Consumer Service Operations Representative will manage administrative tasks, assist with customer inquiries, and process transactions while adhering to established guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, operational, and customer support across multiple service areas
• Assist with enrollment, eligibility, and claims processing activities
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, including data entry and typing
• Prior customer service experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word
• Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities effectively
