Key Responsibilities
  • Interact daily with technicians, consumers, and service support personnel to manage technician routes
  • Build efficient routes and manage scheduling, including rescheduling customer calls
  • Provide friendly and engaging customer service via telephone and email
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • At least 6 months experience in a high-volume customer service role
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
  • Data entry experience
