Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consumer Services Representative (Tier 1).

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer calls and provide accurate answers to queries and concerns
  • Assist customers via chat and email, providing prompt and professional support
  • Document customer interactions and track resolutions using Salesforce
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
  • Proven ability to navigate multiple systems while interacting with customers
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
  • Personal or professional knowledge of lawns and gardens is a plus
