Job Summary
A company is looking for a Consumer Services Representative (Tier 1).

Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
- Proven ability to navigate multiple systems while interacting with customers
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
- Personal or professional knowledge of lawns and gardens is a plus
