Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consumer Services Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound service center calls to answer bank-related questions and resolve customer issues
  • Engage in ongoing training and skill development through various learning methods
  • Meet performance metrics related to call quality, talk time, and cross-selling products
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of customer service or similar experience
  • Must be available to work M-F 7am-8pm CT and Saturdays 8am-5pm CT
  • Knowledge of basic banking products, including checking and credit accounts
  • Ability to manage multiple computer systems to access client information
