Job Summary
A company is looking for a Consumer Services Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound service center calls to answer bank-related questions and resolve customer issues
- Engage in ongoing training and skill development through various learning methods
- Meet performance metrics related to call quality, talk time, and cross-selling products
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service or similar experience
- Must be available to work M-F 7am-8pm CT and Saturdays 8am-5pm CT
- Knowledge of basic banking products, including checking and credit accounts
- Ability to manage multiple computer systems to access client information
