Job Summary
Delivering an unparalleled customer experience, the full-time Consumer Services Specialist will manage inbound service center calls, resolve banking inquiries, and cross-sell products while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with customers over the phone to answer banking-related questions and resolve issues

Required qualifications
