Job Summary
A company is looking for a Consumer Success Representative to assist clients in the home buying or selling process.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and text to identify their real estate needs
- Make over 300 outbound and inbound calls daily to provide superior service and solutions
- Collaborate with team members and independently make connections between consumers and real estate professionals
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a phone-based call center role or equivalent
- Some sales experience or equivalent preferred
- Ability to overcome objections and provide exceptional customer service
- Tech-savvy with experience using various communication tools and software
- Interest in real estate and real estate lead generation
