A company is looking for a Consumer Success Representative to assist clients in the home buying or selling process.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and text to identify their real estate needs
• Make over 300 outbound and inbound calls daily to provide superior service and solutions
• Collaborate with team members and independently make connections between consumers and real estate professionals

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a phone-based call center role or equivalent
• Some sales experience or equivalent preferred
• Ability to overcome objections and provide exceptional customer service
• Tech-savvy with experience using various communication tools and software
• Interest in real estate and real estate lead generation
