Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Analyst to serve as a point of contact for inquiries and disputes from retailers and consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to retailer inquiries via telephone or email
- Troubleshoot, repair, and ship devices while managing consumer inquiries
- Handle retail activity reports and ensure resolution of consumer concerns
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- 1 or more years of customer service experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Jira/CRM knowledge preferred
- Bilingual candidates are preferred
