Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Analyst to serve as a point of contact for inquiries and disputes from retailers and consumers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to retailer inquiries via telephone or email
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and ship devices while managing consumer inquiries
  • Handle retail activity reports and ensure resolution of consumer concerns
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma
  • 1 or more years of customer service experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Jira/CRM knowledge preferred
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred
