Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist consumers and internal employees by providing education and resolving issues related to real estate products
  • Stay informed about new product launches and industry events to support consumer needs
  • Meet defined goals and metrics using Salesforce while maintaining a high level of professionalism
Required Qualifications
  • At least two years of experience in a customer service or communications role
  • Experience using various customer support channels, including phone, email, and live chat
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Zendesk, or other CRM software, along with Microsoft Office
  • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends
  • Experience with AI LLMs, such as Glean and Chat GPT, is a must
