Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Assist consumers and internal employees by providing education and resolving issues related to real estate products
- Stay informed about new product launches and industry events to support consumer needs
- Meet defined goals and metrics using Salesforce while maintaining a high level of professionalism
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in a customer service or communications role
- Experience using various customer support channels, including phone, email, and live chat
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Zendesk, or other CRM software, along with Microsoft Office
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends
- Experience with AI LLMs, such as Glean and Chat GPT, is a must
