Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consumer Support Specialist 1 (Bi-Lingual Spanish) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front-line communications with program Consumers to resolve pricing, lead delivery, and other issues
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to Consumer messages
  • Document call activity and process consumer privacy requests

Required Qualifications:
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends, including specific shifts
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Excel
  • Availability to work autonomously and multitask efficiently
