Key Responsibilities
- Respond to consumer support tickets using Zendesk and handle escalated tickets from the Tier 1 team
- Research customer issues and provide detailed reports on bugs or larger issues
- Maintain courteous communication while working 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of software support experience
- Experience using Zendesk or similar customer service tools
- Ability to manage upset customers effectively
- Strong computer skills
