Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to consumer support tickets using Zendesk and handle escalated tickets from the Tier 1 team
  • Research customer issues and provide detailed reports on bugs or larger issues
  • Maintain courteous communication while working 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of software support experience
  • Experience using Zendesk or similar customer service tools
  • Ability to manage upset customers effectively
  • Strong computer skills
