Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid Market Account Executive - Contact Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualifying leads and performing needs assessments while engaging technical resources
• Creating and managing client presentations, proposals, and coordinating quarterly business reviews
• Developing and maintaining business within existing accounts and partnering with sales Account Executives to upsell and close potential customers

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Telephony Contact Center Sales
• Experience leading product/services training and developing learning materials
• Experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
