Job Summary

Managing client implementations and lifecycle maintenance of IVR programs, the full-time Contact Center Account Manager will coordinate project management tasks, compile client specifications, and ensure effective communication between clients and technical teams while working remotely from the US.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead project management efforts, including team leadership and tracking project scope, schedule, and costs
  • Compile client specifications and write creative copy for interactive voice response scripts
  • Analyze client reports to optimize scripts and prepare documentation for business reviews
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or significant equivalent experience in the contact center industry
  • 2 to 4 years of experience as an account manager, account coordinator, or project manager, preferably with IVR applications
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to travel overnight approximately four times per year
  • Must pass mandatory background checks, including pre-screenings and drug tests
