Job Summary
Managing client programs remotely, the full-time Contact Center Account Manager will coordinate project implementation, serve as a liaison between clients and technical teams, and oversee IVR program management while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project management efforts, including team leadership and documentation compilation
- Write creative copy for interactive voice response scripts and analyze client reports for optimization
- Track project scope, schedule, and costs while managing deliverables between clients and technical resources
Required qualifications
- At least 18 years old with contact center leadership experience
- Experience as an account manager, account coordinator, or project manager, preferably with IVR applications
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel and maintain excellent attendance history
- Ability to pass mandatory background checks, including drug tests and credit checks
