Job Summary

Managing client programs remotely, the full-time Contact Center Account Manager will coordinate project implementation, serve as a liaison between clients and technical teams, and oversee IVR program management while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead project management efforts, including team leadership and documentation compilation
  • Write creative copy for interactive voice response scripts and analyze client reports for optimization
  • Track project scope, schedule, and costs while managing deliverables between clients and technical resources
Required qualifications
  • At least 18 years old with contact center leadership experience
  • Experience as an account manager, account coordinator, or project manager, preferably with IVR applications
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to travel and maintain excellent attendance history
  • Ability to pass mandatory background checks, including drug tests and credit checks
