Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Agent - Voice Support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls professionally, providing accurate solutions
  • Assist customers with order placement, shipping inquiries, and billing questions
  • De-escalate sensitive situations while maintaining customer trust
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years related experience or equivalent education and experience
  • Call Center or Customer Service experience preferred
  • Typing speed of at least 45 WPM for documentation
  • French/English or Spanish/English skills desired but not required
