Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contact Center Agent - Voice Support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls professionally, providing accurate solutions
- Assist customers with order placement, shipping inquiries, and billing questions
- De-escalate sensitive situations while maintaining customer trust
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years related experience or equivalent education and experience
- Call Center or Customer Service experience preferred
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM for documentation
- French/English or Spanish/English skills desired but not required
