Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Agent to serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with outdoor recreational activities and related services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and provide application/website support and troubleshooting
  • Process sales and handle escalated customer service situations
  • Document all interactions accurately and meet department metrics
Required Qualifications
  • Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
  • Experience in customer service and/or call center preferred
  • Strong computer and internet skills
