Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contact Center Agent to serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with outdoor recreational activities and related services.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and provide application/website support and troubleshooting
- Process sales and handle escalated customer service situations
- Document all interactions accurately and meet department metrics
Required Qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
- Experience in customer service and/or call center preferred
- Strong computer and internet skills
- Ability to follow departmental processes with occasional guidance
