Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contact Center Agent I.
Key Responsibilities
- Creates claim files by entering initial loss report information into the claim intake application
- Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction through a proactive customer service approach
- Responds to routine inquiries and directs other inquiries to appropriate resources
Required Qualifications
- Education equivalent to graduation from high school
- Experience with the MS Office Suite, including Excel and Word
- Customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
