Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Agent I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creates claim files by entering initial loss report information into the claim intake application
  • Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction through a proactive customer service approach
  • Responds to routine inquiries and directs other inquiries to appropriate resources
Required Qualifications
  • Education equivalent to graduation from high school
  • Experience with the MS Office Suite, including Excel and Word
  • Customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
