Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Agent I to provide efficient and courteous consumer service through various contact center technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a designated line of business, developing proficiency in a specific area of expertise
  • Receive and address consumer inquiries, resolving non-clinical issues and complaints
  • Establish customer-focused relationships to ensure efficient issue resolution and enhance the consumer experience
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • PC skills including Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual skills may be required based on operational needs
