Job Summary

Providing efficient and courteous consumer service, the per diem Contact Center Agent will manage inquiries and resolve non-clinical issues remotely through various contact center technologies, ensuring a positive experience for consumers and internal staff.

Key responsibilities
  • Receives and addresses consumer inquiries, resolving issues and complaints while fostering effective relationships
  • Demonstrates empathy and active listening to understand and address consumer needs
  • Operates within contact center standards, sharing best practices and identifying opportunities for improvement
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Communications or related field preferred
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Proficient in PC skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual skills may be required based on operational needs
