Job Summary
Providing efficient and courteous consumer service, the per diem Contact Center Agent will work remotely to address inquiries via various contact center technologies, ensuring timely and appropriate services for consumers and internal staff.
Key responsibilities
- Supports a designated line of business by resolving non-clinical issues and complaints while fostering effective relationships with customers and internal contacts
- Demonstrates empathy and active listening to ensure consumer needs are understood and addressed, enhancing the overall consumer experience
- Operates within contact center standards and metrics, sharing best practices and identifying opportunities for improvement
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Communications, English, Public Relations, or related field preferred
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in a health care setting
- Proficient in PC skills, including Microsoft Office
- Bilingual skills may be required based on operational needs
