Job Summary
Providing efficient and courteous consumer service, the per diem Contact Center Agent will manage inquiries via various technologies, including chat, calls, and email, while ensuring a positive experience for consumers in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Receives and addresses consumer inquiries, resolving non-clinical issues and fostering effective relationships for prompt issue resolution
- Demonstrates empathy and clear communication to ensure consumer needs are understood and addressed
- Operates within contact center standards, sharing best practices and identifying improvement opportunities to enhance the consumer experience
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Communications or related field preferred
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in PC skills, including Microsoft Office
- Bilingual skills may be required based on operational needs
