Job Summary
Providing efficient and courteous consumer service, the per diem Contact Center Agent will remotely handle inquiries through various contact center technologies, ensuring timely and appropriate services while fostering positive consumer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Receives and addresses consumer inquiries, resolving non-clinical issues and complaints while building effective relationships with customers and internal contacts
- Demonstrates empathy and clear communication to ensure consumer needs are understood and addressed
- Operates within contact center standards and metrics, sharing best practices and identifying opportunities for improvement
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Communications, English, Public Relations, or related field preferred
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in a health care setting
- Proficient in PC skills, including Microsoft Office
- Bilingual skills may be required based on operational needs
