Job Summary

Providing efficient and courteous consumer service, the full-time Contact Center Agent will address inquiries and resolve non-clinical issues remotely, utilizing various contact center technologies to enhance the consumer experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Receives and addresses consumer inquiries, resolving issues and complaints while fostering relationships with customers and internal contacts
  • Demonstrates empathy and active listening to ensure consumer needs are understood and addressed effectively
  • Operates within contact center standards and metrics, sharing best practices to improve the consumer experience
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Proficient in PC skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual skills may be required based on operational needs
