Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Contact Center Agent I, who will manage incoming calls to assist customers with claim-related inquiries, accurately document information, and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth claims process.

Key responsibilities
  • Receives and enters initial Notice of Loss information, ensuring accuracy in system entries
  • Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction by providing helpful and proactive service
  • Educates claimants on documentation requirements and directs inquiries to appropriate resources
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent education, with experience in MS Office Suite
  • Customer service experience or equivalent education and experience, preferably in an inbound call center
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using multiple systems simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills and competent typing ability
