Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Agent II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creates claim files by entering initial loss report information into claim intake application
  • Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive service and assistance
  • Responds to inquiries and educates customers on claim processes and documentation requirements
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent with experience in MS Office Suite
  • Understanding of TelePlus procedures and claim entry workflows
  • One year of experience as a Contact Center Agent I or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • PC literate with good typing skills
