Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contact Center Agent II.
Key Responsibilities
- Creates claim files by entering initial loss report information into claim intake application
- Maintains high customer satisfaction through a helpful and proactive service approach
- Educates claimants on client requirements and directs inquiries to appropriate resources
Required Qualifications
- High school graduation or equivalent with experience in MS Office Suite
- Understanding of TelePlus procedures and claim entry workflows
- Customer service experience or equivalent education and experience preferred
- At least one year as a Contact Center Agent I or equivalent experience
- Ability to work in a team or independently in a fast-paced environment
