Architect and integrate RingCentral solutions within client operations
Help customers scope projects and ensure success for enterprise scale customers

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in Architecture or Customer Engagement Consulting
Expertise in industry-leading contact center technologies
Technical knowledge of networking, routing, and software development
Experience with multi-channel solutions and CRM applications
BS/BA in technical field or equivalent work experience
