  • Drive implementation of contact center solutions using partner Nice CXone
  • Architect and integrate RingCentral solutions within client operations
  • Help customers scope projects and ensure success for enterprise scale customers

Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in Architecture or Customer Engagement Consulting
  • Expertise in industry-leading contact center technologies
  • Technical knowledge of networking, routing, and software development
  • Experience with multi-channel solutions and CRM applications
  • BS/BA in technical field or equivalent work experience
